I picked up a wine decanter a few weeks back and I've got to tell you, for red wine...it really works! I put some in and tasted it on the day I poured it and then each day for 2 days after. By the 2nd day, it was REALLY good, IMHO.
On the 3rd day, it began to turn sour. I'll keep experimenting.
