Making judgments...

This week has been full of meetings and networking opportunities. What I can't get over is how quickly I make a determination about a person's intellectual and execution abilities.

Is this someone who can communicate effectively?
Does this person understand the true nature of the problem?
Does this person have focus?

I can't tell if it is a Blink type scenario where I'm making a solid call very quickly, or is it a rush judgment and I'm not being fair?
