A neck lift...

What it really feels like is that the doctors pulled down the skin of my face by about two inches (like pulling down a mask) and just sewed it down a bit further. It's like I got a face lift as part of the deal. Worst thing is I can't (yet, I hope) lean my head all the way back with full range of motion.
