Bed Rest Diet...

It may sound crass, but having the NFO in bed is actually good for my health.

Hear me out on this one...

First off, the scale proves it, but more than that...

  1. I'm constantly running the stairs
  2. I'm eating less. Since I'm in charge of dinner time, I feed the kids and keep myself busy, instead of eating dinner myself.
  3. Just doing a lot more stuff around the house...staying active.

 

Ok, crassness over.

She (and I) would much rather have her out of bed.
